Hotel a Hopwood

“L’hotel è entrato a far parte del National Register of Historic Places nel 2007. Molto bello e ben mantenuto. Camera spaziosa con due queen beds, il bagno piccolino. Non ha coffee maker ma caffè e acqua calda sono disponibili accanto alla reception e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Non ha ascensore. La connessione internet è debole, non tutte le camere riescono a usufruirne. L’hotel ha comunque molto charme e sono molto contenta di avervi soggiornato.”

“Creative rooms that were clean and fun. No staff on site, however chat staff helpful with quick responses and solutions. Area around property sketchy, dining extremely limited in town. Town was nonexistent and not worth visiting.”

“Great price. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Towels were replenished daily. We felt very safe here. Convenient location. Excellent coffee shop just up the road (Perk and Play)! Washer and dryer on sight. Cons: Not completely able to control the temp of the room. During the day the room felt comfortable but every night we burned up. Location is right beside a busy road so we heard traffic all the time. We would stay here again though.”

“I had quite a long stay and all was good. The hotel is not luxurious but it’s clean and the staff is GREAT. Always in a good mood and available. Would stay there again for sure. ”

“After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”

“Tiny, very old room. Blankets had cigarette burns in them. Springs could be felt in the mattress. This place has not been kept up at all.”

“Nice location. Under construction/maintenance at the time so improvements in progress. Staff very friendly and helpful. Like the privacy of the “cottages”. We enjoyed our stay and so did our dog!”

“So we unfortunately stayed when a storm had hit and there was no power at the hotel and therefore we couldn't use the amenities. The third shift guy Michael was very helpful taking us to our room via flashlight and getting us what we needed. They also had provided breakfast via donuts, bagels, juice, etc and McCafe coffee so we were still happy with our stay, especially under the circumstances out of their control.”

“This hotel was okay. It was a golf club, and as you know, golf resorts are usually more expensive, but the price was affordable. At night, when we arrived, it was already very late, but I had called earlier to confirm if I could still check in, and they said yes. The person who helped us at 11 p.m. was very polite. However, the front desk assistant the next day was terrible — very rude, with an unfriendly expression, and constantly on her cellphone. When we asked if there was breakfast...

“The property is convenient for those of us arriving by bicycle. I didnt like the way I got messages, so many emails with a link with a list of messages and no way to tell which ones I had already opened and read. When I called a bit confused, the staff person said all the info was in the messages... but then answered my questions nicely. The room was big enough to store our two bikes without being a hazard. The place was clean and the co tine tal breakfast room Was well supplied. Recommend...

“Rooms are clean, and spacious. Location is excellent. They did serve breakfast but did not utilize. It is not a large bar or restaurant. Staff was friendly and receptive.”
