“The property is newly renovated in modern style. The location is very easy to access and convenient for shopping as well. The management staffs are very responsive and helpful. They help us to carry luggage’s up and down during checkin and checkout time because the property doesn’t have an elevator. Great thanks to the management team!”

“It’s rare to have a full kitchen and that much space in that location in Seoul. Just minutes to subway. It was very quiet and convenient. Went back for the second time around for the quality.”

“数年以上前の定宿だが相変わらずサービス良かった。 ドアマンも外に立つとすぐにタクシー呼ぶかなど聞いてきて、日本語でのやり取りもできた。 今回はクラブフロアでラウンジ利用が出来たが、日本のリゾートホテルのラウンジのように座る場所も見当たらないようなことはなく、快適で食事やドリンクも満足いくものだった。”

“A beautiful hotel and very large rooms for the price. Loved the location great design. A few small complaints: the food at the restaurants could be improved and after room service the tray says to leave it outside in the hallway. There were several times when the trays were out in the hallway all night and smelled even if we called for them to be picked up. But those are relatively small complaints.”
