Hotel vicino a Horn Lake Community Park - Horn Lake

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“We checked in and then went to get our bags. My husband decided he wanted to use the restroom first. He walked back in and asked where the restrooms were, and the person who had just checked us in, less than a minute ago, said they were for guests only. He told her he had just checked in, but she said that wasn't true and that he couldn't use the facility. Later, she called our room at 10:00 PM to ask a question about our reservation. “No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. ”

“Too cold for outdoor pool you”

“It took over an hour and half to check in, the rooms not what you expect them to be. The bed moves and make loud noise when you sit on it. The pool was freezing cold, I was told they would come check it but nobody came. This was my second time at this hotel and I had an horrible experience! ”

“Property is conveniently located by the interstate but its quiet. Beds are comfortable. They offer a breakfast setup and have reasonably priced rooms.”

“The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update. ”
