“Staff were amazing. Very helpful and went above and beyond. Property could use a little TLC - definitely a bit of faded elegance. Room 2 is the one to have! Breakfast daily was delicious. ”

“For a change the online pictures do not do a property justice. This fantastic and newly renovated lodge is set in acres of spectacular and interesting grounds. Everything has been done to a very high standard, including the service, rooms and on-site dining. Set 10 or so Kms from Rotarua it avoids the "smells". Our room was one of the smaller ones and lacked a good view, but nevertheless was well appointed and very comfortable (heated floors in the bathroom - wow!!) We enjoyed our stay...

“Beautiful property surrounded by trails to hike in the forest. Really unique lodge we were very glad we stayed. Plus was the spa and lovely outdoor hot tubs. While the meals were okay but not great, we enjoyed the social hour and meeting the other guests. Lodge rooms were smaller than expected. Beware that it is a long windy drive in and out of the hotel. ”

“Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you.”

“Abitazione molto bella, con area esterna e dotata di ogni servizio. Un po' distante dal centro di Rotorua (15minuti di auto), ma va molto bene, dato che Rotorua non è una bellissima cittadina, mentre il resort è in una bellissima posizione. Bella anche la piscina e i campi da tennis.”
