“Had a 4 night stay here and was so impressed, there was absolutely nothing we could fault, great location nice and quiet. The room was spacious and warm and the bed was super comfortable, the shower had great pressure and the kitchenette had all that was needed. Will definitely be rebooking 😊”

“Unit was clean but very dated and needs a complete overhaul. Staff were sick so never saw anyone. A instruction manual for the television would be a help as I could not get it to work and there was a program I specifically wanted to see. Other clients also could not get there tv to go. Heater was very efficient and shower was good but don’t turn tap on in kitchen while someone is in the shower. ”

“My wife and I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied. We didn’t make use of the amenities so I am not able to comment on them. The term “Resort” is a little misleading however as for hotel accommodation, it is good. While a little dated, the Methven Resort has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean. The hotel is located a short 5 minute walk into the town centre. It has ample parking. We were located on the ground floor and...
