Hotel a Horrabridge

“Lucky we decided not to take dog with us as the garden wasn’t safe & secure as fence was broken on site parking is not on site it’s first come first served no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors a lot of cobwebs a strong smell of dog floor in master bedroom very bouncy floor when walking over also bed mattress very hard & lumpy the switch for bedside lamps hard to access to switch on off & can’t see on advert it’s a upside down house ”

“Perfect location! Can't beat it - such a pretty place. On our check in, there was live music so couldn't even get into the pub to check in. Given the rooms are upstairs, an early night was not on the cards. Breakfast was good. ”

“Staff efficient but robotic and lacked empathy. Bedroom tired and the lighting was inadequate when applying make-up. Dim lights might be romantic but a dressing table with a proper lamp so you can see what you look like is essential! Hot water in bathroom basin very slow in coming through and the toilet seat is misaligned ”

“The staff were all exceptionally friendly and very helpful…. We went ‘off piste’ re the breakfast menu and this was not only accommodated with ease, but wonderfully cooked too. Bravo the chef 😘. The bed was comfy and spacious. The showers, hot and powerful. The only downside was that the room was slightly chilly and the plug in radiator did not work enough to warm it up….. The standard of cleanliness could have been better, but maybe that is determined by the age of the property….. We stayed 2...

“la struttura si presenta bene e la camera assegnataci era molto ben arredata e spaziosa. da tenere presente che proprio di fronte l'hotel si trova una chiesa che ogni ora ( anche di notte) scandisce il tempo con rintocchi di campana. al pian terreno si trova un pub ristorante che definirei nella media.”
