“This is my second year staying at the cypress inn. Very happy..,”

“The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. ”

“Spacious room 2 queen beds very comfortable refrigerator brand new WiFi worked tv streaming huge bathroom very nice grab bars in tub. ”

“The staff in the office are consistently amazing. Having just moved to SC and looking for my place to move in, they have made my short stints with them really seamless and comfortable. ALL OF STAFF!!!”

“It was good enough for a place to sleep. The room was very clean but had a little bit of a musty odor. The breakfast was minimal. The pool area and picnic area were still closed. The cleaning ladies were very nice.”

“We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.”

“Continental breakfast was only waffles and bread. Nothing more in the facility could use some updating. rooms were cleaned very well and seemed to be maintained as a clean facility. Just needs some updating.”

“AC worked fine. Staff helpful, but I had to kill a couple of roaches”

“The lady at the front desk was very rude. The elevator was very janky. Our sink was broken. I asked them twice to fix it and they didn’t so it flooded and ruined my clothes. So we left early. No one will give me my money back did the night we didn’t use or compensate me for the clothes that have been ruined.”

“The room was very clean and well kept ., the staff was friendly, the shower needed work it was not very strong. They definitely need to improve their handicap accessibility I couldn't get out of the building without help they don't have an automatic door for wheelchairs ”

“The hotel was way over priced for only 4 days 3 nights! In Expedia my receipt total is $478.24 but the actual total my card was charged and the total Fourpoints emailed me on their receipt is $482.54. My card was charged $50 twice for the hold so it's pending $100 instead of $50. I checked out Sunday the 17th and 1 of the $50 is still pending. The halls smelled bad like urine. The walls were really thin! I could hear people next door in both sides of the room. The breakfast was just ok cold hard...

“Convenient location.Rooms were cleaned everyday. Cleaning staff was polite and thorough. Breakfast not included but available. Pool was nice but small. There was a terrible mildew smell from the air conditioner. They cleaned it which improved the smell but it was still there. I could’ve changed rooms and really sorry I didn’t. I would’ve gave 4stars but won’t because of the smell. They should also provide blankets that aren’t as thin as a piece of paper.”

“Staff very courteous, breakfast left a little to be desired, I think someone should have noticed the dead bird in the pool, the handle on the shower door is about to fall off, facility is close to alot of tourist attractions good value for the money”
