Splendida residenza cittadina fronte lago rinnovata, pulita, spaziosa, con quattro camere da letto, quattro bagni e mezzo, 2 caminetti, darsena per barche e 2 rampe separate per moto d'acqua. Ampio ponte con vista sull'acqua, ottimo per la pesca. Sala da pranzo per 12. Cucina completamente arredata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici. Non è la tipica casa sul lago.

1. 3 miglia dal resort Horseshoe Bay. Siamo situati a soli 45 minuti a ovest di Austin sul lago LBJ, che è un lago a livello costante. Il resort offre il noleggio di barche e moto d'acqua e il porto turistico locale ospita un piccolo parco acquatico e un ristorante. Campi da golf panoramici, Legends on LBJ e Delaware Springs si trovano nelle vicinanze. La residenza cittadina si trova a 10 minuti dai ristoranti e dai negozi di Marble Falls, a 30 minuti dallo shopping di Hill Country Galleria ea solo 1 ora e mezza da San Antonio, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas e il famoso parco acquatico Schlitterbahn.

Casa a tre livelli con tre camere da letto al piano superiore: camera da letto matrimoniale con area salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, camino e balcone; ulteriore camera da letto matrimoniale e 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, tutte con bagno privato. La zona giorno al secondo piano ospita prontamente l'intrattenimento con cucina, mezzo bagno, zona famiglia e sala da pranzo che si apre su un grande ponte superiore di recente costruzione. Al secondo livello c'è una scala esterna verso l'acqua. Ingresso aggiuntivo di livello inferiore alla darsena e alla rampa per moto d'acqua. Il livello inferiore comprende un bagno completo e 2 camere da letto, una con due letti a castello gemelli per un massimo di 6 persone e una piccola camera da letto con un letto a castello gemello per un massimo di 3 persone.

Questo condominio è adatto ai bambini con tavolo da ping pong in garage e molti giochi da tavolo. Tieni presente che siamo in acqua, quindi abbiamo installato dei dispositivi di chiusura di sicurezza per bambini sulle porte esterne che conducono ai moli. Posizione eccellente per gli ospiti del matrimonio, in quanto dista meno di 1,6 km dall'Horseshoe Bay Resort. Sistemazione ideale per riunioni di famiglia, fine settimana di ragazze o semplicemente un weekend facile a solo un'ora da Austin.

Amazing house!

This home was so beautiful! I loved that the dock had so many things for us to use such as fishing rods, lily pad, kayaks, and paddle boards! The home was very well taken care of and the host was great!

Peaceful Get Away

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay! We were here for a family wedding and needed a house with a bed room and bath for each couple. All of the beds were so very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering at Lake

This was an amazing VRBO. It had everything for our family. We enjoyed fishing on the dock, paddle boarding and laying out on the Lilly pad. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication from our host. Thank you for allowing our family stay in your home.

Excellent Host and Beautiful Property

The host was simply outstanding!!!!! She did everything to make us most comfortable. We came from all over the US so coordination was important. Teresa was awesome. The property is beautiful and exceptionally stocked. The area is great with lots to do and beautiful hikes and scenery. I highly recommend this property!!!!!!!!

Tennis friends weekend

This place was amazing and the owners were so kind. We had a wonderful time. The amenities were awesome, and the house was so clean and so well kept. We are a very active group and there was plenty to do. Unfortunately the water was too cold for us to use the water, but there was everything we needed if we wanted to. I had multiple questions before we spent the weekend there and they were answered immediately. I highly recommend!!

Great fun on the lake

Our family and friends (ranging from age 4 to 60) all had an amazing time staying at Dede's place. She's a very responsive host and gave us helpful information about her place plus the surrounding area. The location on a quiet part of the lake was a great place to fish, kayak or float in the lake. The beds and linens and the towels were high quality and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay! The house is very comfortable and well cared for. We will definitely be back.

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Soft plush towels, high thread count sheets with beautiful cotton bedding.. Well stocked kitchen and amenities. They’ve thought of everything. We will be back and highly recommend!

Great property

Has a group of eight there for a women’s golf tourney. Clean, beautiful home with large and well-appropriated kitchen. Super convenient to the HSB golf courses/facilities. Owner was very attentive and accommodating.

Beautiful home!

We stayed here with about 12 other people. There was plenty of room and amenities. The house had everything g we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks and made food use of the lily pad. I would definitely return and recommend!

Quiet Inlet- perfect for young swimmers

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 kids under 6 and had a blast! The house was clean and tastefully decorated with a large kitchen and table with room for all of us. The water off the dock was quiet and perfect for young swimmers- access to the lilypad, kayaks, paddle boards made for new experiences. Loved it!

My family and I had the best time in Horseshoe Bay! The house was very clean! The lake being your backyard was so fun for the kids. Lots of water toys to play with. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Property for multiple families

Three families with 13 in total visited for 3 nights and had a great time. The paddle boards and kayak were a hit for all and the home was well maintained. DeDe was very helpful ahead of stay and with recommendations. Check in/out was clear and we would recommend this home.

Everything We Needed!

The owner of this property has thought of everything you could possibly need! We loved the house so much. So clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and there are so many water toys available to use. If you have a toddler, you will probably want a baby gate or two for the stairs.

Beautiful Condo!

Our family stayed here for a long weekend enjoying a family reunion together. This is a lovely property, very well decorated, a kitchen with anything you would need for cooking and entertaining, and the beds were great. We will definitely book this property again as we have future needs.

Great house for large family

We had a great time on this property and the location was perfect. It is a beautiful house and fit our family vacation of 17 great! I loved how the owner let us use some of their water equipment and the whole property was just very accommodating. Location is close the marina and we could float up the channel to watch our family on jet skis have fun. Owner was easy to access and gave so much great info even before we arrived. Highly recommend this house!
