“Room extremely hot without airconditioning so the night was bad!”

“Disability friendly. No stairs at Entrance. Ramps to kitchen and lounge area. Lift to lower floor. Stayed in a 4 bed room. Emergency Exit is also on the lower floor. Disabled toilet combined with disabled shower located on main floor. Will stay again.”

“Above all I found my four night stay great value for money. Everything was in good working order. Nice hot shower clean. The room was cleaned daily and bed made. Kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, wifi. Added to this was a great location just 5mins walk to the cableway east station and hop on hop off bus stop. The walk into town was only 10/15mins too. Will recommend.”

“Great hotel/motel at the edge of Blackheath. Super friendly & helpful staff. Loved the hot tub and nice touches like the tea point & lobby cafe. Handy location for the Blackheath area including Evans & Govetts Leap lookouts (with a car). ”

“Lovely older style hotel with friendly check-in and clean spacious room with everything you needed. Breakfast was a let down, out of date yoghurt, milk and no bread for toast. Otherwise really nice stay. ”

“Place was full of character with complimentary food, John kindly let us leave our luggage there while we went hiking after checkout and before our train back to Sydney. Room was spotless with fresh flowers when we arrived. ”

“It’s a great place for the price, location and quietness. But, it feels very empty with lots of rooms. I’ve stayed several times and never seen anyone receiving cancer treatment or the medical desks in use. I think they should revert to trading without the medical facility label as it has loads of facilities or meditation room, gym equipment, large dining area. ”
