“King suite was missing clothes hangers, chairs to sit on, luggage rack, shampoo. Staff found some hangers, a partly broken clothes rack and gave us an uncomfortable chair from the breakfast room. Luckily, we had a cushion with us and didn't need shampoo. Staff didn't know how to operate whirlpool bath and failed to have knowledgeable person contact us. A/C heater unit never maintained temp, just kept running. Had to manually shut it down. Other than king size bed there was nothing suite...

“The room was clean. The heater smelled like dead mice. The breakfast was very scarce- only waffles, 2 types of cereal, one type of yogurt, one type of muffin, white bread; and the same thing every day. The owners lite off fireworks on the 4th until midnight outside the building so nobody got any sleep; horrible for my children!!!! Staff was friendly though and no issues with the room. Beds are pretty firm.”
