Hotel vicino a Spider Lake - Merrifield

“Room was dirty, had one towel in the bathroom. 2 half gallons of curdled milk in the fridge with moldy Mac n cheese. Told staff about it and they said just throw it away. Room smelled like mold, had to go buy air fresheners for it. Never staying again”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. We walked to many different restaurants and stores. I loved that we had a set parking spot, so we never had to worry about parking. We had no problems with our access pin. Loved all the information that was available in our room, so we knew places to eat, shop, and things to do. Loved the air conditioning unit, which kept our room cool on some hot days. Total recommend Crosby Lofts.”

“SOOOOO DISSAPOINTING!!!!! I rarely write reviews, but this one was worth taking the time to do so. The listing on Expedia for the room option was a "family suite". From the pictures it looked like 2 adjoining rooms (which was totally fine). Under the description it put multiple beds and sleeps 7. When we checked in, they only gave us 1 room. Which wasn't enough beds for our group of 6. My husband showed all the info backing this up and they said they could give us the adjoining room for...

“I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.”

“Beautiful property, well cared for, clean and so comfortable. Plenty of room for us all (we had 6 people) Beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were stocked and clean. We honestly had no issues. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had a question, and Causeway amenities were all wonderful. We had a wonderful time.”
