“Very nice owners, clean structure with private onsens. It's a bit outside Yufuin so it's very recommended if you have a car. Nice room, a bit expensive compared to a similar structure. You will appreciate many aspects of the structure if you're a cat lover. ”

“The property was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and excellent explanations. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The hot spring was also really nice. They change the men's/women's periodically, so make sure to experience both! I especially appreciated the fine touches that gave me a small smile - the same artist who made the flower vases also made the coffee cups in the lounge :) And the coffee was excellent.”

“From the very start the staff was very nice, even though we weren't the best tourists. We stayed a short time, and in that tike the staff was friendly, despite our Faux Pas and were willing to help us with arranging luggage forwarding. The room we booked was very clean and offered coffee, tea, and ice water in our rooms which we were free to use. “Amazing and helpful staff, my room on the first day was a little warm, even with my card inserted, not too sure if the AC was on or was a little slow, but the next day it was perfectly fine. It’s a charming and outdated hotel, but the location and the hospitality make up for it. Also, I’m glad that they accommodated me for the Attack on Titan room.
