“The home is nice and in a beautiful location. We were allowed to check in early and departed early. One snafu: housekeeping had not followed the previous renters so house was not ready. I worked with owner and she was communicative and helpful and made monetary compensation for my having to clean. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“We were in Custer for a graduation and the house was a wonderful option for our family. Plenty of space for people and a separate "wing" for our older parents so they didn't have to hear the louder activity when they went to bed in the evening. My mother uses a rollator walker and there was plenty of room to maneuver. We will definitely stay again... hoping for next year at graduation again 🙂”

“Beautiful area! Our overall stay was wonderful. The location was close to downtown Custer and somewhat secluded. However, my daughter's room smelled musty, and the shower had mildewed around the shower door. It had 3 bedrooms with plenty of beds for a large group/family. We didn't bring our pets but there is a large fenced-in yard for dogs. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.”

“If you want a fantastic home base for your Black Hills adventure, this is it! It is a camper, which my husband was unsure of, but he quickly changed his tune! While we didn't spend much time in the camper (shower and sleep), it was clean and well-appointed (2 shower towels, two hot tub towels, two washcloths, COFFEE, dishes, cooking spices, grilling tools, and more).
