We had a poor experience, mainly due to the guest contact, Stefanie Allbright. Upon arriving to property, the upstairs bathroom had poop in the toilet. The house is to accommodate 10 people. There were only three towel sets. The Internet was not working, we contacted Stefanie. We told her there was no remote in the living room. She said she was aware of that. She said she would come by the house to assist with the Internet problem, but did not. We figured out the Internet problem, box fell back behind equipment, continued connection issues. They do not have cable you use your own accounts. The big ice machine did not work. There was a pill left on the nightstand and we had two small babies and a five-year-old that could very well put that in their mouth. The guest contact Stefanie completely stop responding to phone calls or messages for two days and we had to call Evolve directly in order to get some response from her. We had to go out and buy 100 worth of towels and washcloths to use. Finally, after two days, we did receive seven towels from Walmart. The house is in need of several repairs. The guest contact was very rude to us and unhelpful. At the end of the trip we received several ugly text from Stefanie insinuating we took some towels. We left the house in great condition and did exactly what the instructions said. We had all of the dirty towels and washcloths washed and in the dryer which Stephanie failed to even look. It was not a good experience.
