Enjoy this luxury 1 Bedroom right on Lake Hamilton! Everything is new, including the IN ROOM LAUNDRY making it convenient to stay longer and take advantage of discounted weekly rates. You will not be disappointed!

The upper floor, corner location means spectacular main channel views, with no noise from upstairs neighbors! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and take in the beautiful sunrise over Lake Hamilton.

All new furniture including the KING SIZE be, queen size air mattress, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, linens, bedding, laminate wood flooring (no carpet!), and custom full-size tub/shower.

We provide free private WIFI for our guests.

Willow Beach Condominiums boast a central location, right in town yet separated from the noise. Just around the corner is the Hot Springs Mall and The Behind The Mall Cinema. There are more restaurants than one can count within a couple of miles, as well as grocery stores and other shopping. Boat and water toy rentals are just down the street, as well. Less than 10 minutes to Oaklawn Park for horse racing and gaming. Less than 20 minutes to Magic Springs & Crystal Falls Water Park.

Need more room? We also own units A8 (directly below this condo), D10, & E4 at Willow Beach.

If you desire, we can make our covered boat slip available to you for an additional fee.

Winter Escape

Perfect weekend getaway

Cute and cozy, perfect for me and my hubby as we were celebrating his birthday! The property is just as described-corner space means great views.We enjoyed the location. Everything we had planned to do or needed to do was just minutes away. We would definitely select this one again.

Best view at Lake Hamilton

Nice condo with a great balcony to enjoy the view. Top floor end unit, so nice and quite. Very nice pool area. Unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. This condo is very close to lots of shopping, restaurants and things to do. Host was very easy to contact.

Late Anniversary getaway

This condo has it all. Views, beautiful, close to everything. Stop looking and book. This condo has everything you need. Owner is super nice and easy to contact. Very peaceful and quiet. The bed to super comfortable, I haven’t slept that great in a long time.

Not good experience

Sadly, this vacation was not the best. The condo itself was great and the location was nice. However, check in was at 4:00 p.m., which was ideal. We did not arrive until 8:00 and when we did the place had not been cleaned. There were dirty sheets on the bedroom floor, towels on the bathroom floor, trash left, dirty dishes, dirty floors, etc. I immediately contacted Danny, which he did call me back. Unfortunately, by this time it was 10:00 p.m. and I had already washed towels, linens, took trash out, loaded dishes and started them because I didn’t think the condo would be cleaned and it wasn’t. The owner contacted the cleaner and she came with no supplies, so she had to run to the nearest store to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc. and left afterwards because by then it was 11:30 and we were tired from traveling. She had mentioned coming back the next day, but never came. Also, the WiFi and smart TVs did not work, but one day of our trip and we stayed 4 nights! That would’ve been more of a problem had we had children, but we didn’t, so we managed. I would’ve hoped a cleaning fee would've been reimbursed, since I cleaned the condo for my own stay, but nothing was ever offered or given. We will not be staying again, if we come back! I hope the next vacationers enjoy the clean condo, since I left it clean for them in case something happened.

The VIEW

Great little condo for two! The view is amazing! The condo has everything you would want or need. We didn’t cook but had a well stocked kitchen, king bed was comfortable, we really enjoyed the balcony. Will definitely come back!

Clean and nicely furnished

We received our check in information before starting our trip. The condo complex is not new, but is nicely maintained. Our unit was very clean and updated. The furniture and bed were comfortable. Parking was good. The back balcony was peaceful, and private enough to have those first cups of coffee.

Quiet Little Condos on the water

We came to HotSprings for the Horse Races and wanted something other than a hotel room. This little condo did not disappoint- quiet area with nice grounds. The condo was well appointed with any thing you need to cook a meal. And very comfortable furniture. And the best thing it has a washer and dryer. We found out not all the units have one. Big plus for us. We will stay here again if we come as a couple. It’s not enough room or sleeping area for more than 2.
