On site parties or group events is strictly prohibited. Our home is a peaceful retreat for families and groups of friends with a recent addition of a game room that includes shuffleboard and Ms PacMan. There is also a work station in case you need to work and play!

When booking with us, you agree to the rental agreement terms for all people that are staying at the property.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans with no loose trash and taken to the curb the night before trash day.

Our host Dana was so accommodating and available for any questions. She genuinely cared about our goal to make a it a memorable family weekend. The VRBO was gorgeous and absolutely beautiful! It literally had everything we needed. A little slice of heaven!

We absolutely loved this property and would love to return again. Our family fell in love with Lake Hamilton and this home provides everything you need to feel comfortable and happy. We enjoyed using the outdoor fireplace as the weather began to change during our stay. This is most definitely one of the nicest places to stay on the Lake! We loved that we could get to just about anywhere we needed in 10 to 15 minutes or less. I recommend visiting the Coleman Crystal mines and Zip line adventure, as they are only 30 mintues away.

Wonderful stay

Loved that the host let me know no one rented the property the day before so we could check in early. Very clean and perfect set up in the kitchen/living area. We also enjoyed the view and how peaceful it was. I certainly look forward to coming back.

We go to Lake Hamilton a few times a year and have rented many properties. This is my absolute favorite; this is our second time renting this property. A lot of space, great location, quiet neighborhood, great views and the host is very accommodating.

Highly recommend! Close to everything in Hot Springs. We rented a boat for the day from Gregg Orr boat rentals, which was easy and friendly. Kids had a great time tubing on the lake. Fishing was great right off the dock.

Great stay and fantastic eclipse viewing!

We had a wonderful stay and Dana was a fantastic and responsive host for our couple questions. Indoor/outdoor living with the covered deck space was perfect for evenings and we enjoyed the swing on the boat dock and grilling for dinner. Highly recommend!

Weekend trip

Weekend family trip, to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. We had a wonderful time!! The house had amazing views of lake, plenty of room for everyone. We rented a pontoon boat at Khauna Bay and spent the day on the lake. Awesome weekend!!!

Fabulous Lake Front Property

This lake front property is beautiful, up to date, spacious, and perfect for friends/family occasions! The owner gives precise instructions for check in and check out. The home is large with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and 2 on the top floor. The view of the lake is stunning from the large windows. The outdoor space is fabulous. We had a great time during our stay and would definitely come back. The only negative is the air conditioner had a hard time keeping the main room cool during the day (we were there during a heatwave in the peak of summer though). This probably isn’t a problem during normal temperatures. The dock is large and there is space to dock the boat we rented. Highly recommend this lake house!
