This condo was so beautiful with very nice decor. We loved our location on the lake, it was perfect for us in the middle of everything we needed to be at. I also appreciate that it was gated, it was very safe and quiet. The only con was that the condo was tidy, but there were areas that were not clean, The front entrance had cobwebs covered in bugs in the corners, the guest bedroom closet had a stain all over it, and the outside seating had something spilled all over it. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the towels were fluffy and plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for cooking. Check-in was very easy. The entire space is very relaxing.

Great Little Condo

Really enjoyed our stayed. The place was very clean. The only negative is the parking arrangements in the carport, with a full size it makes for a tight squeeze. But the condo itself is great. Good size bedrooms, the walk in shower is really nice. We stayed in D5 and it is up stairs. So keep that in mind when booking.

Hot Springs condo

Property was very nice Clean Relaxing atmosphere. In a quiet area but conveniently located to downtown, restaurants and Racetrack. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Great place on lake hamilton

we had a great time at this property. It's not immediately waterfront but is a short walk down the hill. It does have some view of the lake over the roof of another building. Warning that it is a steep hill so plan accordingly to minimize trips. The unit was updated nicely and clean. Would stay again.

Great place on Lake Hamilton

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures do not do it justice with how nice everything is and how clean. Very impressed. Beds were comfy, too, not too soft. Only recommendation we had was to put curtains in the main room like in the bedroom, to make it darker to watch tv. But that's minor.

Amazing and Beautiful

The condo was sooo beautiful, and I am picky! It was perfect for us! We used the boat slip for our stay which was a must for us, and it couldn’t have been better! The parking with the boat trailer was a little tight, but we have a larger boat/trailer/truck, but we were able to make it work! We even met some of the residents, and they were extremely kind and helpful! I would recommend this condo over and over again!

Great place to stay!

Great 4th of July Weekend

We have a boat on Lake Ouachita, and decided we wanted to spend the weekend of the 4th on the lake. I was unable to find a place at Lake Ouachita but found this beautiful condo on Lake Hamilton. We loved every minute of our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and had a nice lake view. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in on the holiday weekend and the balcony was ideal for seeing some fireworks. The weather was fabulous, so we spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying beverages after a day on the lake. I like the access right off of the bypass which made our drive to Ouachita easy and fast. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we will stay here again and make the drive to Ouachita. Cody was easy to work with and gave me easy directions to access our rental.

Nice but no boat doc

Apartment Was nice a clean. Enjoyed are stay. The boat doc was in the pic. But was not able to use it. So we were bummed didn’t get to bring the boat. Other then that perfect getaway.
