Butler on the Lake 3 Camera da letto

Una bellissima, nuova costruzione, casa sul lago a 3 camere da letto sul lago di Hamilton che può ospitare fino a 8 persone. La casa dispone di 2 bagni completi, un'incredibile cucina, ampio spazio esterno con camino a gas e pieno accesso al lago Hamilton con un molo privato. La baia è tranquilla e sicura per nuotare, pescare e ideale per rilassarsi su un materasso ad aria. La casa è perfettamente situata vicino a ristoranti, negozi, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort e storico Parco Nazionale di Hot Springs.
La master suite è spaziosa con una bella doccia e una grande cabina armadio. Le finestre principali offrono una fantastica vista mattutina sul lago di Hamilton.

Il bagno per gli ospiti ha 2 vanità separate in modo che gli ospiti possano prepararsi per la giornata. La doccia ha una comoda porta tascabile per una maggiore privacy. Entrambi i bagni hanno asciugacapelli.

Cucina a vista, soggiorno e zona pranzo. Il divano ha un letto queen size. I televisori sono installati nella zona giorno, nella camera da letto principale e in 1 camera per gli ospiti con Wi-Fi in modo da poter trasmettere in streaming tutti i tuoi film ed eventi sportivi preferiti.

La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca con un grande frigorifero che eroga acqua e ghiaccio. Il piano cottura e il forno sono entrambi a gas per lo chef della famiglia. Tostapane, frullatore e macchina per il caffè Bunn sono disponibili per il vostro soggiorno. Nuovi piatti, bicchieri, pentole e padelle e la maggior parte degli utensili di cui potresti aver bisogno.

L'area del portico all'aperto è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la vista sul lago. Abbiamo una griglia a gas Napoleon con bruciatore laterale per cucinare all'aperto. C'è anche un grande bancone in granito con lavandino per la preparazione del cibo. C'è un dispositivo di raffreddamento delle bevande installato in modo da poter raffreddare tutte le bevande durante il soggiorno.

Vi è abbondanza di parcheggio con una piattaforma di inversione nel vialetto e anche posti di parcheggio per la vostra barca o auto extra.

Beautiful, quiet house on Lake Hamilton

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Butler on the Lake. This beautiful home is well-stocked and very clean. Detailed instructions were included for everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The area is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. A very nice grocery store (Harps) is only 1 mile away. We would definitely recommend.

Lakeside retreat

We loved Butler on the Lake! We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the quiet cove on the lake. We spent time relaxing, kayaking and fishing. We enjoyed our time at the house so much. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed! It’s a beautiful house and our hosts were so wonderful! It is also located conveniently to all attractions. Great stay!

Beautiful home, prime location, perfect hosts

The home was immaculately clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. Really loved the ample cleaning supplies and equipment as we brought our two fur babies and needed to keep the extra fur picked up! Greg and Deanna are the perfect hosts, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and owners.

Great family getaway

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. This was our first time visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas and this home was the perfect place for our family and dogs. We barely left the home because we had so much fun relaxing on the lake and fishing from the dock. Sad we couldn’t stay longer to soak up more sun and relaxation.

July Trip to Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs

Great place to either relax at the house and enjoy the water, or to run into town and experience all that the area has to offer. We felt fortunate to have found such a nice place and for the hosts to have it available for us to enjoy. We all agreed it exceeded expectations, and we would love to return soon.

Fantastic lakehouse and stay!

We had a fantastic time at Butler on the Lake. Beautiful home, beautiful location. We were comfortably and able to relax and enjoy ourselves! The kids had a great time with fishing and going out on the lake! The accommodations were the best and Greg and Deanna provided all we needed for a great vacation! Everything was great!

A group of us came to Hot Springs for the eclipse and stayed at Butler on the Lake. The house and porch were beautiful and very comfortable. The layout was perfect for our group of 7. The host was very helpful, even gave us tips on where to go on the lake with our rental boat. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

The perfect Hot Springs Get-a-way!

- Check in process was as simple as it gets. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and the lake views are picturesque! - Its a short drive into Hot Springs but just far enough to feel secluded on the lake. 10-15 minute drive. - The house had everything we needed for both cooking and comfort. Large living / kitchen area was perfect for hanging out with the family. We also enjoyed the covered back patio with fireplace / grill / and tv. - Greg and Deanna were super friendly and available for any questions we had about our stay. Overall a wonderful trip and we will most certainly be back!

The perfect family getaway!

Perfect home for a family getaway! The house has a great layout and comes with everything you would need for your stay. The lake is beautiful and our family spent lots of time on the patio taking in the view. Greg was an amazing host and communication was so easy. Highly recommend Butler on the Lake for anyone who wants to enjoy everything Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton have to offer!

Very nicely prepared property

Very quiet and clean. Easy access to Hot Springs attractions (via short drive). All the basic necessities for our stay were provided with some very nice extras. Highly recommend this property as compared to other short term rentals we have experienced.

Relaxing on the lake

The house is on a quiet cove off the main lake. Relaxing. Be prepared for a steep driveway. It was manageable, but took a little getting used to. The back porch was a great place to sit and have coffee.

Great on the Lake

Great stay! Beautiful property on the lake Ina cove with a boat dock. Kayaks & tubes in the garage for use. Newer home so every thing is in great condition. Owners are very attentive and responsive. Will stay again.
