I dont think the place was cleaned all the way. there was a small shampoo bottle top left in the upstairs bathroom, the bathroom in the basement had a empty used bottle of shampoo left in the shower. there was a total. of 5 forks left in the silverware drawer. 4 bags of trash was in the garage when we arrived. the upstairs private balcony was very dirty. Had yard workers show up thursday morning to cut the grass. the front door had a 1.5 inch gap on the hing side at the bottom and 3/4inch gap at the top opposite the hinges. it looked like the floor was rotting at the bottom of the from door due to water damage. the upstairs tub was slow draining. 1 kitchen towel. Hardly any dish washing liquid. For a house that was supposed to be "well equipped" was lacking much. the ice maker in the refrigerator could not keep enough ice for a total of 5 people. The positive is beautiful location. the kitchen knives were sharp. concrete driveway was good considering the steepness. Great view, nice and quiet area. Nice gaming table chairs were a little too high for it. But all in all we had a great time. The pictures are old, was disappointed that there was no coverd patio table, all decks and outside seating was dirty. Some of the things in the pictures like the breakfast table and chairs were different, the barstools were not the same pictured. I will not be using this property again because of misdirection and the place is not as discribed. Will not sleep 15 people, 13 at most.
