Charming Lake Catherine/Ouachita River Lake House w/ Boat Dock

Charming house located on Ouachita River/Lake Catherine.

3 Bedrooms (1st BR with King Bed; 2nd BR with Queen Bed and 3rd BR with 2 Twin Size Bed) and 2 Baths.

The property has a large deck with private yard, boat dock, firepit, beautiful view of the sunsets, and it's a great place to relax and get away for a while.

This is our personal getaway, so we have tried to include all the comforts of home. The living room has a comfortable couch, large TV and great views of the lake. There is a dining table that will seat 6. It's a great place for the kids to swim or kayak. The kitchen is well furnished, and there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The deck is a great place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the boats go by.

This property was great for our family. My three boys loved the accessibility to the lake for kayaking and swimming. There was plenty of room to park our vehicle and boat trailer. The house had everything we needed, was clean and the beds were super comfy.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family had a great vacation at this property! The house was clean and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the highlights was the water access—it was so convenient and made for beautiful views and fun activities right from the property. Whether we were enjoying the peaceful mornings by the water or unwinding in the evenings. It was easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. We loved how we could enjoy the best of both worlds—peace and quiet at the property while still being close to everything we wanted to do. We would recommend the property and would stay again.

Great Weekend Away From the Hustle and Bustle

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was just as described in the listing. Far enough from the crowds of Hot Springs, but close enough to get to downtown quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay. We did not realize that we were at the top of a hill and had to go down it to get to the lake. There were two handicapped people in our group, so you might want to list that. We had everything we needed, except for a blender.

Lake life

Perfect place if you're looking to fish, kayak, and swim in the lake. The kids swam everyday and my husband fished almost the whole time. I enjoyed having my coffee and reading on the covered deck. I got to watch a couple of eastern bluebirds tend to their nest in the corner of the deck roof. We saw geese and their babies. Just a great place to unwind and relax. Some things to improve upon would be to make the double bed softer, to match the comfort of the other beds. The grill is very rusted and we were not able to grill like we were planning to. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! Highly recommend!

We had a blast at this BEAUTIFUL lake front property!! Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to do everything Hot Springs has to offer. Our baby’s first vacation was so special thanks to this incredible home!

Great lake house

Great house, even in winter. Enjoyed staying there and the proximity to Hot Springs. Very relaxing to look out at the lake every morning. Host was responsive to questions as well.

Family get together

We were in town visiting my elderly father who lives close. The house was perfect for our stay. Had plenty of room. House was clean and sheets / towels smelled wonderful! Kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay there again!

Annual Christmas fishing trip

This place was a perfect get away for our annual family Christmas fishing trip. It is close to everything and the lake is absolutely beautiful. We will be back during the season when water levels are back up and we can use the dock.
