Elmwood Revival - Lakeside - Hot Tub + More!

Step back in style at Elmwood Revivial - a one-of-a-kind retro retreat. Enjoy soaks in the hot tub with gorgeous lake-front views, watch the big game or host movie nights on the large projector screen, and groove to the moody, designer interiors with authentic retro flare. There's plenty of room for family and friends on the large deck, complete with natural gas fire pit and grill. A truly memorable place, all within a few minutes of the major attractions.


Take a step back in time and create memories that will last a lifetime! Located on Spencer Bay of Lake Catherine, this house boasts plenty to do both outdoors and indoors. Enjoy fishing from the dock, go for a swim, feed the ducks or enjoy a relaxing kayak around the Bay. Don't forget to bring the boat!! The lake is drawn down in November through March, but there's still plenty of fun to be had. The covered hot tub (with netting and curtains) is just off the large covered deck so everyone can relax in their own way while still being together. Fully fenced, lush back yard makes a great place to get out and have fun with the kiddos! Inside, there are plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. And the big screen is great for catching the game or a night in for a movie. Oh, and the milkshake mixer!!

Nestled in a serene setting, it’s close to all the natural beauty and activities the area has to offer, ensuring a relaxing and memorable stay. Whether you're on the go exploring the multiple attractions of Hot Springs or planning to lounge about and enjoy the area, our place is designed to provide you the comfort you need during your stay. Perfect for large families, groups or extended family vacations featuring 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a bunk room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bunk. The kids couch rolls out to an extra twin floor bedding that your kiddos will love - and probably sleep on even though they don't have to! Every aspect of our home has been carefully selected to make your trip easy and enjoyable.

Your safety matters! Our home features a security monitoring system, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, multiple ABC fire extinguishers and an ADT system that alerts you to open doors/windows. The ADT system is not to be armed during guest's stay, but alerts can help you keep an eye on kids movement when they are out of sight.

Annual lake draw down starts November 1 and ends on March 15. The lake will not be immediately accessible from the house during this time.

Gate access to neighboring yards are not to be used by guests. Please keep children from entering our neighbors yards. The back yard is fully fenced, but we do recommend using a personal lock (padlock, D-ring, or similar items work!) to prevent children from accessing water areas unattended.
Guest access
The garage is currently inaccessible. There doors that access this are in the kids room and another in the hallway just behind the garage and are locked. The burn barrel behind the shed and the outdoor shed in the yard are also not for guest use. Any areas with a padlock otherwise should not be tampered with as these are not for guest use.
