Divertimento sul canale principale di Lake Hamilton

Questa casa sul lago con 3 camere da letto offre il canale principale del Lago Hamilton alla porta sul retro con questo grande lotto ombreggiato e include viste spettacolari sul lago dalla maggior parte delle stanze della casa! La casa vanta un patio posteriore coperto, un grande ponte lungo il litorale e una passerella personale che è perfetta per prendere il sole, nuotare e pescare in riva al mare. Un molo galleggiante per barche a stallo singolo accompagnato da acqua per tutto l'anno consente il divertimento acquatico sia per i navigatori che per i nuotatori. * ATTENZIONE: la nostra barca potrebbe trovarsi sul molo ma è possibile utilizzare il lato sinistro o destro del molo per la propria barca. Non è consentito l'uso o il noleggio della nostra barca agli ospiti. *

Una spaziosa cucina con isola si apre sulla zona giorno principale. La cucina è ben fornita con servizio per 10 persone e comprende vari accessori per cucinare / servire. Dietro l'angolo troverete una seconda zona giorno completa di tv e divano letto estraibile. Posti a sedere generosi sono inclusi in entrambe le zone giorno, così come 2 TV, lettore DVD e Chromecast. Ogni soggiorno esce sul patio. La casa può ospitare comodamente 10 persone e le camere sono situate lungo il corridoio principale. La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size, la camera da letto 2 ha un letto queen size, la camera da letto 3 ha due letti a castello e la zona giorno aggiuntiva contiene un divano letto queen size in memory foam. La casa comprende anche due bagni completi con asciugamani.

Vi è un grande ingresso principale per attrezzi da lago come dispositivi di raffreddamento, attrezzatura da pesca, asciugamani e giochi d'acqua. Il deposito barca / rimorchio è disponibile sul posto. Il nostro patio è già attrezzato per sedervi e rilassarvi all'aperto con una griglia a carbone, un set da patio, un tavolo da pranzo e sedie. Great view

The house had a great view over the lake. It was super clean and cozy and had everything we needed. We were able to park several cars and a truck and trailer in the driveway. It was a little tricky to find the driveway, but the owner sent very detailed instructions and we found it right away!

Perfect Retreat

Very pleasant stay; our host had everything ready and lined out ahead of time. Property was as described, clean and perfect for our weekend getaway! It's close to everything in Hot Springs, but far enough away as well, situated on the lake with a nice view and relaxing atmosphere.

The home was amazing!!! Very clean and well kept. Gorgeous home with a gorgeous view. Very quiet peaceful is the lovely home and the owners were quick with the response. Make sure we had everything that we needed. Make sure that our state was comfortable. It was amazing. I loved it. I’ll recommend it to anybody is a wonderful place to stay

Good stay

House was good, met up with friend from college snd had plenty of space for our two families. Communication with Rachel was great prior to and during the stay and she was able to accommodate a couple last minute requests from us, which were greatly appreciated.

Not for small children & senior adults

Comfortable beds with nice linens, well-stocked kitchen, nice view & sunsets. However, there’s a long slope down to the water with 76 stairs and another 30 feet of stepping stones. The slope near the lake has a lot of broken brick that is a terrible hazard for children. There is no beach area and deep water off the very small dock. The house is old with lots of cracks in the walls, no bathroom vents and musty smells. AC vents, ceiling fans were very dirty and the stovetop needs a good cleaning. There were dead bugs stuck to a greasy light above the stove. Owner needs a better cleaning service.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our girls getaway here with lake access and a very spacious kitchen! We brought our own pool floats and had a lot of fun down on the water. The amenities were a little sparse compared to other VRBOs we've stayed at (e.g. no soaps in the showers), but the beds and furniture were comfortable and inviting. Rachel was kind and helpful and the lake view was lovely! We are pleased with our stay.

nice long weekend getaway with family

We had a good stay at this home. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the owner. The inside of the home is nicer than the outside of it. The outside wasn’t bad, just dated and could use a little TLC. The location was convenient and being on the lake was great!

What a great find! We would certainly stay here again. Great location and great home. The family room was large enough for 12 or more. The home was clean and more than met the needs for our family reunion weekend. There is plenty of parking!

Want to come back in the warmth and enjoy the lake!

Owners were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We extended our stay by an extra night because we were having so much fun. The weather was cold and windy but we were still able to enjoy the porch some (thanks for having blankets to cuddle under) and the kids tried fishing a bit. We enjoyed diamond and crystal mining, both about an hour away, and many fun things in Hot Springs. The house was perfect for our family with three kids plus my parents. The two living areas allowed us to spread out and be together as we wished. Definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for Families

We loved our stay here! The view of the lake is expansive, and we loved having breakfast with water views. We enjoyed the yard, which is large and perfect for kids. Every night, we had dinner on the patio and then watched the sunset. The deck right on the water was great for hanging out, and you get the best sunset views there. You can also fish from the dock or just enjoy being near the lake. We stayed here with two families (four kids total), and we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Fun in Hot Springs

Very nice location and the house was good. Missed the ice maker and had to purchase an HDMI cord to watch the TV. Unnecessary expenses. Kitchen/lv areas comfortable and large. Kitchen well stocked. Great lake view and lovely decks, patios.

House was nice the outside property not that great.

The only think we had a problem was the TV, I called the host serval times never call me back. We had to down load Comcastchrome on cell phone to be able to watch the Razorback game, not happy with the results from no call back from host.

the house is big exactly what I was looking for for my family's stay but in fact upon arrival the house had a bad smell apart from the beds not very clean the toilet paper was used and stained with blood the blender very dirty the edges of the beds full of dust but then we were already in the place we only had to clean and try to make amends for the time apart the air does not work well very hot the house at night outside very dirty the porch

Relaxing location with Terrific Owners

We had a wonderful few days relaxing in the house. It had everything we needed and the owners communicated so effectively with us. No surprises at all with friendly neighbors on the left side. We’d rent it again.

We had a blast!

Great home! My family loved the stay. Beautiful sunsets were amazing! We parked our boat by the owners dock but wished it could of been in the covered area because it rained like crazy but unfortunately the owners boat was docked there also. Don’t forget your cover like we did! Was a very steep walk to the dock also but we all needed a work out anyway! Great house to bring the whole family too. Will come back again!

Fathers Day family get away

We enjoyed our time on Lake Hamilton staying in this property. The view of the lake and sunsets are amazing. The house was clean and adequately stocked of the basics. A grocery store is only a quick 5 minute drive away. The property mgr was great at responding to our questions or needs. It is a steep incline down to the boat dock but that’s common. We had to be very aware of our footing on the stairs going off the patio bc of the cellar door and some of the stairs to the lake do not have a railing. The patio offers a great space for entertainment and sunset views. We are already planning our trip for next year.
