se stai cercando un immobile che ha tutto quello che hai trovato qui !!! Questa proprietà a un solo livello con un seminterrato completo è perfetta per tutti i tipi di famiglie grandi e piccole. Questa proprietà ha tutto !!! 6 camere da letto, 4 bagni completi, sala giochi, due soggiorni, cucina esterna, macchina per il ghiaccio di grandi dimensioni, due letti in legge distaccati dalla casa principale, lettino per bambini e accessori per bambini come seggiolone, pack and play, altalena, camino, cava a ferro di cavallo, 2 banchine per barche, rampa per barca personale e molto altro. La sala giochi ha un tavolo da biliardo, un tavolo da air hockey, un tavolo da shuffleboard, un freccette, un sistema audio, un gioco di tee d'oro, una macchina ms pac man / galaga con oltre 60 giochi programmati nella macchina e un tavolo da gioco per dama e scacchi. Ci sono due lavatrici e asciugatrici, una al piano superiore e una al piano inferiore. 3 grandi frigoriferi / congelatori e un grande congelatore. Una cucina all'aperto con due fuochi a gas, fornello per pesci e fumatore. Grande camino esterno con molto legno per smores e una zona salotto coperta per 12+. La casa e l'edificio esterno hanno la capacità di ospitare 22-24 adulti e bambini. C'è una grande area salotto di grandi dimensioni al piano superiore nella sala da sole con vista sul lago per ospitare oltre 20 persone. un sacco di parcheggio nel vialetto e dall'altra parte della strada. Il proprietario della casa possiede il terreno dall'altra parte della strada per un ulteriore parcheggio di rimorchi per barche e moto d'acqua. c'è anche una proprietà gemella accanto in affitto che può ospitare 14+. Un sacco di giochi da tavolo e carte da gioco per il divertimento in famiglia.

Allison met with us when we got there and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. Lots of room in the house so you never felt crowded. Game room was a blast for adults and kids. Multiple bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Nice house for large groups.

Family of 17 total. Kids took over the mother in law suite, which was a huge bunk room. 5 separate couples in individual, private rooms.. so nice!! Crazy awesome game room for kids and adults to duke it out. Large outdoor kitchen for grilling and chilling. Plenty of den space. Plenty of table space. We brought 3 boats and had plenty of parking. Take a left out of the canal on boat and head to Hamilton. Pack up boats and launch at Lake Ouachita. Short trip to many launches. We fished right off the house pier, kayaked the canals, and only came off the BIG inflatable slide to eat, sleep, or when it was lightening. Highly recommend this place for anyone but especially a large family looking for a lake vacation! Thank you Allison and Chris for creating such a cool space for others to enjoy!

Great family trip

We rented this property for a surprise party for my going to be 89 year old grandmother. The property was as listed to detail! And plenty of things for all ages to do. We accidentally ran into the property owner. And Chris is a great host and person. I would definitely love to rent this again!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our large group of 6 adults and 10 kids. There were plenty of places to sleep comfortably, two indoor kitchens and one fully outfitted outdoor kitchen. It was in a great location to sight seeing and hikes and was a fun place to spend time. The arcade, hot tub and outdoor areas kept everybody happy!

Fun seekers paradise

We've booked this house for the past 4 years and every time we enjoy it. The house is huge and spaced out, where several people can stay but have their own space. The outdoor kitchen and sitting area are always our groups favorite hangout spot. Highly recommend this house, you won't regret it.

Great place for family reunion

Our family Thanksgiving here with 23 people including kids and it was perfect! We did rent the house next door also so some slept there so everyone would have their own room. But this house was perfect for us to all gather at and eat together daily! The house was clean. There are tons of dishes in the upstairs and downstairs kitchens. It was great for cooking larger meals. The upstairs kitchen is really small. We had anything we would need to cook there. There were plenty of tables & chairs for everyone to sit at. Couches in the large living room were comfortable and it had a great-sized TV for watching all the football. The game room was awesome and well-used the entire time by all ages. With so many different rooms, people could get away for a while. Outdoor kitchen & grills, firepit, seating area, TV, and hot tub were used especially in the cooler weather. Lots of firewood to use for the fireplace. There are plenty of towels to use outside and inside. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets. The one room with all the bunk beds and king beds is separate from the rest of the house and you have to go outside. Although we didn't use the lake due to the cold time of year, it was a beautiful view out the many back windows towards the lake. Alison the caretaker & Chris the owner were both super great and nice people! Alison went over everything and I had no problems with anything. Thank you for everything! We had such a great time!

Great getaway!

Had a great time here with our large family of 21. The kids loved the slide, and we really enjoyed the whole outdoor area. Check-in process was very thorough. Appreciated the helpful tips but was a little overkill. I’m assuming they’ve had issues with previous renters. Only had very minor complaints like not having any towel racks in the in-law suite. Also it is a little misleading to renters in the posting saying it has 8 bedrooms when they are counting a Murphy bed in the dining room and the couch downstairs as a “bedroom”. We made it work, but it was a little crowded bedroom wise for 20 people. Also two bedrooms in the basement are connected so that made it a little more difficult to work around. Overall though, we really enjoyed ourselves here and had a great time!!!

Family Reunion

What can I say other than incredible!!! We hosted a family reunion there with 23 people and we didn’t feel crowded at all in fact, this was by far the best house for a large group that I e seen! The checkin process with Alison was very helpful considering the sheer amount of things that this house has to offer. •The game room was a clutch escape for everyone’s because of the heat and humidity. •The water slide was a hit (we even had some passers by that asked to try it). •The boat dock was awesome and used everyday all day! •The outdoor kitchen was unbelievable, we smoked 2 briskets, grilled 20 Ribeyes, 25 burgers, brats and hot dogs and still didn’t utilize every option available out there. •The commercial ice maker made me want one at my own house. •Beds and rooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of them! •Two kitchens helped a lot for a group our size! All in all Chris’s place was absolutely amazing. The pictures literally didn’t do it justice, I would’ve given it higher numbers than a 5 if possible! Thanks Chris and Allison for making our trip so memorable!!!

Golf Trip Supreme

12 Guys. Plenty of room. Great entertainment for the whole crew. So much variety for cooking on the patio. Nice hot tub to soak in after a round of golf. Property manager is great and easy to communicate with as well as the owner. This was our second year here and have already made plans for next year.

Family get together

The place was amazing! myself and my wife and all five children and spouses (where they were some) and all eight of our grandchildren ages of 2 to 17 were there. Plenty of room for all to be together and to spread out. Out side cooking facilities were excellent. we used all kitchens and outside to cook our meals and ate as a family every evening. We used the dock, the slide, the game room and the hot tub. Allison was very helpful . Thank you for giving my family a wonderful week to remember.

WONDERFUL

This area was a halfway point for family from different states to convene for a family reunion. The location was within minutes and accessible to everything Hot Springs has to offer. We had family ranging in age from infants to elderly and the house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Well thought out provisions between the entertainment, beds and kitchen stock. Highly recommend this property! The owner and Allison, the caretaker, were responsive and easy to work with. Allison was thorough with the walk-through when we checked in and we were comfortable finding what we needed in the house. The slide into the river from the top deck of the house was an amazing feature and we loved every minute of our stay.

Awesome place!

We only stayed for a weekend but this house would be great for a longer stay! All of us loved the slide. I read other reviews and Yes the water looked a little sketchy at first but its only stuff fallen from the trees on the top of the water. The water itself was clear. We fished, slid down the slide, took our boat out and enjoyed the views of the river, utilized the game room, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! This place had everything we needed! Allison was a great tour guide upon arrival.

Hot Springs Family Vacation

Our family has stayed at several vrbo properties and sometimes the pictures can look better than the real thing. Not this time. This home was fantastic. The pictures online did not do it justice. Clean as a pin, totally unique and accommodating. The owners have thought of everything. Our entire family had a blast. We will definitely be back and we give this our highest recommendation for a family or friend get together. My 6 yr old granddaughter caught 12 fish off the dock in 20 min. Greatness!!!

Disappointing

There are a lot of trip hazards at this property. The entire house feels like add on after add on. Had I realized how many steps and trip hazards there were at this location, I definitely would not have spent my money on this for our weekend family get together. The kids were terrified to get into the murky water that the slide lands in. The few that braved it, had trouble getting out on the steps under the deck. We had to get a chair and put it next to the steps so they could get out. There are lots of pots and pans, towels, ice, etc. But absolutely no empty cabinets to store food. The pac man game (?) that the kids were excited about was broken. There was no lock on the communal bathroom upstairs. Lights flickering in one of the bedrooms. We were offered a late checkout on Sunday, but we were so ready to get out of this house, we were loaded up and gone hours before checkout. Definitely not baby or old people or people with knee problem friendly. I'm sure this would make a great rental for some people, just not our family. Again, lots of trip hazards!

We had 19 people and stayed 4 nights. We had plenty of room. This place had everything but food! Allison came and made sure we knew everything about the property. She also was available if we had questions. Hopefully our family will be blessed to gather in 2024..

Family Reunion

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We had all 4 generations of our family here during our stay, 21 people total. Ages ranging from 10 months to 80 years old. The game room was nice and there were plenty of sleeping areas, with comfortable beds for our large group. We cooked mostly in the outdoor kitchen and the downstairs kitchen. Unfortunately the dishwasher is located in the upstairs kitchen. The hot tub was wonderful. Everything was very clean and organized in the house and outside meeting areas. Our only complaint is the lake/channel water conditions. The water was filthy and stagnant. Therefore we couldn't utilize the slide and swimming area as we had planned to. (We had to go purchase small pools so the toddlers could play in some water.) The morning we checked out the water looked much cleaner. I don't know what caused the water quality to be so poor during our stay.

A little something for everyone

We had a great stay. Had all 12 of our golf group stay with plenty of room for everyone to find a happy place. We did 90% of our cooking outside with the fantastic set-up. Already planning a repeat for our next golf trip.

50th bday

We celebrated my husbands 50th bday with a weekend of family. It was a great relaxing weekend. The backyard fishing was definitely a hit. Only thing that I was not fond of was the two different kitchens. Going back and forth when I forgot something sucked. But we had an amazing weekend. The grilling options with the patio and fire place was also a very big hit.

Fun Family Time

12 of our family members gathered here for the Thanksgiving Holidays. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of seating, beds, TV's, and games. It was nice to have 2 kitchens stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking space. The property manager was especially nice and helpful. We all enjoyed it!
