Located about a mile north of the historic district downtown, in a quaint, quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood, this house, backed by the lush shade of a National Park, provides the comforts of home away from home. You are booking the whole house for this price, now a room or part of a house. Nice Front porch, Wifi included, Queen beds in 4 rooms, Full bed and futon in room 5, and room 6 is 2 twin beds.

Vintage Stay near Bathhouse Row

Great stay in Hot Springs - if you’re looking for a clean and cozy vintage home at a reasonable price, this is a great listing.Pros: Gas stove in the kitchen, comfortable beds, a nice yard with tetherball and an outdoor grill, very communicative host, and cute vintage stylings! Cons: It’s an older home, can be a bit chilly in the evenings - but host was very considerate and provided space heaters to help the central heating keep up! Not quite walkable to downtown, but a very short drive and on the “historic” side of town.

Quaint Older Home that was PERFECT!!!

We are all couples that have been friends for years and we come to Hot Springs annually. Additionally, we are all 50 yrs + some. The bedrooms were perfect for all of us because each room had a bed that would accommodate a couple. Even though it was an older home, it had lots of modern things....like a wifi controlled thermostat for the central air unit, strong wifi throughout the house, and a Roku TV in the living room. We all had a blast watching The Price is Right - Bob Barker Era at night. Seating outside on the deck was great to just sit and talk. We rent VRBO a lot and when this listing says that kitchen is stocked with pot & pans, and utensils and dinnerware...they mean it! All you have to do is bring the food...and there is a grill outside too! Only three very small little things to note....(1) the shower in the upstairs bathroom has a lower ceiling so if you are tall (like our guys are all over 6 ft) you won't be able to stand up without hitting your head sooooo tall people need to shower downstairs. (2) The house was stocked with linens and blankets and tons of towels....however there was not a single washcloth to be found anywhere and our guys like to scrub-a-dub-dub in the shower... LOL!! Luckily, Family Dollar was right around the corner, so we bought some and left them for others to use (3) the driveway has a rather steep incline so pulling in and out can be a little tricky...We were all on Harley Davidson motorcycles so it made it even that more tricky but we buddy helped each other and got it to work. Like I said....small little things! This is a great place! OH AND....If you like to read, there is a library FULL of books on all different topics to enjoy. If you have kids, there were TONS of board games too! We found the playing cards and played Cadillac for hours! You need to rent this place because it was great!!! And the owners live next door, in case you need anything.
