This place was amazing! It was accommodating. We were there for our dad's 81st birthday and don't regret one single thing! It was close to everything and when we are in Hot Springs, this is the only place we will stay.

12 foot ceilings, 3 large bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs but the ceilings are a little lower. The inside is Fantastic and as always a 120 year old exterior could use a little TLC. But you will be surprised by the interior

First, we had an awesome weekend, their home was amazing!! We had everything we needed and more. The home was beautiful, however very comfortable. We felt at home from the morning moment we arrived, We have a family member in a wheelchair. The large open rooms made it very easy for him to navigate and move throughout the lower level. Wendy, the hostess was very responsive over the last 8 months as we planned our trip. Excellent rating!

It was a great stay. Had 7 guys staying for a golf trip. Each was able to have their own bed. The place was large and had plenty of space for everyone. The deck was great to sit out on and chat at the dining room table and cook dinner on the very nice grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed. They even keep condiments in the fridge so you dont have to go buy anything. Most hosts throw them out after each visit. Wish they all kept them. Some of the drains in the bathroom back up and were slow to drain, but that was just a small nuisance. Great place and will definitely return on our next trip to hot springs.

Great central location. Within minutes of either downtown or Oaklawn, depending on your interest. Just love this house! Roomy and spacious. Everyone can gather or get some needed quiet time. Perfect for our family.

This house was wonderful. It accommodated our large group and was very well stocked from the kitchen to bathrooms. Check-in was a breeze and the location was close to everything on our agenda. The house was beautifully decorated and all the beds were comfortable.

Historic Pleasure

Visited for a family wedding and the house did not disappoint. Lovely mixture of modern amenities and a beautiful historic setting. Lots of room for everyone in the house was super cool for the summer heat. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect sisters/daughters/nieces weekend

The house is fabulous! Well furnished with comfortable beds for everyone; well stocked with condiments, etc for cooking; well located for sightseeing; and well managed by Wendy and Rhonda. If we ever visit HS again…this is where we would stay.

Annual Family Races Trip

This is a wonderful home for a large family. We have 12- 6 adults & 6 kids. Lots of room to spread out and beautiful grounds for the kids to play. We have stayed here 2 years in a row, and will be booking our 3rd year soon.

Annual Family Retreat

This beautiful historic property had everything you could need: plenty of silverware, condiments, coffee, and all the comfort of home not to mention this place is beautiful. i’ve been with Vrbo for more than 15 years and this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. I would highly recommend it for families.

Perfect for three generations

Gorgeous Hot Springs Getaway

We had friends come from Nashville, TN and this property blew them (and us) away! It was spacious, yet inviting. It had plenty of rooms for the us to spread out at night to sleep, but also had spaces for us to all gather and hang out through our time here. We loved hanging out in the kitchen, dining room, and living room! It was beautiful and relaxing!

I could live here. Everything was top notch. We had a small 100th birthday celebration for my mother. Out of town relatives stayed in the house and we had the party here. We had everything we needed. And Wend was the best hostess/owner.

THIS HOUSE WAS A HOME! The monument you walk through the door you will feel right at home! It was so beautiful and clean, the rooms were so big and spacious and well decorated I REALLY LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOME. We can’t wait until our next visit.
