Designed with groups of friends and families in mind, Hot Springs Breakaway has a great layout spread over 2 floors and fantastic outdoor spaces, lots of thoughtful details and vibrant, Hot Springs -inspired designs throughout.

MAIN FLOOR:

The wide open living room comes with a fireplace and is perfect for gathering to watch a game on the 55” Roku TV. The formal dining area leads you to the fully stocked kitchen that makes cooking at the house easy. The coffee station and waffle bar ensure a great start to your day!

Walk out the kitchen to the back deck and start planning an unforgettable cookout. There’s a seating area and a dining area, a BBQ grill and a pizza oven. The deck is nestled by trees and stairs lead you right down to the backyard and the patio.

After a long day exploring Hot Springs, you’ll love soaking in the hot tub, and in the evenings you can gather around the firepit and continue catching up with loved ones under the string lights!

The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have King beds.

The fun continues downstairs! The stairs bring you to the Game Room where you can gather and play anything from card games to classic board games, or wrap up the evening and host a movie night! For screen-free fun, grab your favorite book and settle in the reading corner. On each end downstairs there’s a Queen bedroom and vibrant Hot Springs -inspired designs throughout.

“I rented this house to stay with friends close to Oaklawn for a weekend and it was perfect! This may be the absolute cleanest and most well stocked house we have ever rented on Airbnb. The linens and pillows were high-quality and so comfortable. They thought of all the details as far as stocking the kitchen, bathrooms, and back patio area. The house was cozy and comfortable and spacious and only about a three block walk to the track. THE AREA:

An absolute top feature at Hot Springs Breakaway is that you can easily walk to Oaklawn! You’re also just a few miles from the Bathhouse Row where you can tour the historic district, visit an actual working bathhouse, or enjoy great food and drinks, and even fill in your own bottle with fresh spring water!

You won’t run out of things to do no matter who you’re with! The area is filled with scenic hikes that wind around natural springs, the Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens alone is worth the visit and be sure to keep an eye out for their seasonal events calendar too. The Hot Springs Mountain Tower offers gorgeous views of the Ouachita Mountains.

And younger travelers will love visiting Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, the Arkansas Alligator Farm & Petting Zoo, and Tiny Town!
