Un paese appartato che vive accogliente casa, che può ospitare fino a 8. Siediti sul ponte, goditi il tuo caffè mentre guardi la cascata e ascolta i suoni dell'acqua che scorre veloce. Creek attraversa la proprietà e proprio sotto la casa completamente arredata con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Situato in una comunità di resort recintato sicuro ma ti senti come appartato nei boschi come proprietà di backup al Lake Catherine State Park. PER FAVORE elenco di libri per il totale di tutti gli ospiti in modo che la quantità appropriata di forniture sarà disponibile per l'intera festa. L'attività delle cascate e i livelli del torrente possono variare a causa delle recenti attività meteorologiche. PER FAVORE, non prenotare questa proprietà se ne hai più di 8 nel tuo gruppo.

Attività locali e vicine. A pochi passi dal lago Catherine, che inizia proprio sotto la diga di Carpenter, la diga che rende il lago Hamilton a Hot Springs, in Arizona. Il lago Catherine è lungo 11 miglia e Plum Hollow si trova nella pittoresca comunità di Diamondhead che si trova al centro del tratto di 11 miglia. Pescare per Striper, Walleye, Crappie o Catfish o semplicemente fare un giro sereno in barca. Diamondhead ha un campo da golf a 18 buche, classificato PGA e un porto turistico dove attraccare la tua barca. A soli 15 miglia dal centro di Hot Springs Bath House Row, negozi di antiquariato, pista da corsa di Oak Lawn, sorgenti magiche, ristoranti e molto altro. Oppure vuoi giocare a golf, pescare, fare un'escursione, nuotare, andare a cavallo, andare in barca o semplicemente rilassarti con un raggio di 2 miglia per il tuo piacere. Al riparo dal Lake Catherine State Park, l'abbondante fauna selvatica della zona comprende cervi, volpi, conigli, tacchini selvatici e una straordinaria varietà di uccelli selvatici. Per la corsa mattutina o la passeggiata serale il pericolo del traffico cittadino è inesistente. Allontanati da tutto con una visita a Diamondhead. We had a wonderful week stay at this property and the kids enjoyed the stream and playground in the neighborhood. The driveway is very steep but was useable for one vehicle at a time. We would stay here again.

Had a great time the kids loved the creek and waterfall right under the house. Out by the creek we got to in joy the morning with our coffee. Overall it’s a great place for kids and adults. We will be back.

We stayed at the house for the 2024 eclipse and were very happy with the cleanliness, comfort, and natural surroundings. The property has a creek running through it with a natural waterfall that was very relaxing. Extensive decks allow you to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. We were greeted by an armadillo near the front porch the 2nd night of our stay, a first for us! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked (both drip and Keurig coffee makers), and we were provided with plenty of DVDs to watch. We enjoyed the bird house collection/motif and would certainly stay here again.

House was as advertised and close to Hot Springs. The driveway was very steep, so we parked in the street. The deck and grill were both degraded and in need of repair. The creek was amazing and peaceful and we had a great time at the bonfire.

We had a good time. 2 adults & 5 kids. The house seemed clean enough. The wifi worked just fine. S’mores stuff was provided. The kids loved all the birdhouse decorations, and the creek in the backyard. We were gone most of every day, and back at the house for dinner, and sleeping. The TV remotes were confusing, and only the basic one seemed to do anything. The house is in a gated community about 10-15 minutes away from anything. Then we’d go another 4-5 minute slow drive to get to the house. We saw one deer a couple of times on the way. The driveway was very steep. We tried it the first night, but then parked on the road and walked up and down the hill the rest of the time. There’s just not really much room at the bottom to turn around. House has an older wooden deck around it that was quite slippery from humidity and rain most of the time. It had one broken, or maybe loose, support board on the way to the front door. Only one main door in and out. The sliding door in the main bedroom didn’t latch completely. The king bed made loud, strange noises with every slight movement. The early morning sun came right in through the big blade blinds. The clocks didn’t have any batteries for some reason. There was no dishwasher detergent, and that annoyed everyone, because we had to hand wash dishes a few times. I would not recommend this place to anyone with any issues walking at all. Lots of stairs, steep grade, uneven and/or slippery surfaces.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for us to be able to play golf at several courses. The house was beautiful with the creek running under it. We enjoyed sitting on the deck having wine in the evening.

Our stay was good overall. Randy and Wendi were always quick to respond to questions/messages. They were able to offer us an early check-in as well, which was very much appreciated. And as other reviews mentioned, there was a smore's kit that was left which was enjoyed by everyone! As for the property itself. Start with the steep driveway. Not a knock against the home or the owners, but be aware, it is NO JOKE! They do offer parking on the street at the top of the drive way if you do not wish to tackle the driveway. The décor is very dated... The blue carpets were heavily soiled in many locations, most notably in high traffic areas. We noticed cobwebs in several locations leaving us wondering when the house was last thoroughly cleaned (not just vacuumed and sprayed with fabric refresher). The couches are worn-out. The beds were a step above others I've slept on at previous VRBO homes, which was nice. Last but not least are the birdhouses.... They are every where within the common areas. On ledges, above cabinets, even some homemade birdhouse lamps. I don't have anything against birdhouses or someone's personal love of them. But this was a bit much... As I mentioned at the beginning, our stay was overall good. The owners are very nice and quick to response/communicate.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The check-in process was simple. The first thing I noticed when walking in the house was the fresh smell and cleanliness of the property. My boys enjoyed exploring the creek and making campfires. The complimentary smores were a great surprise especially since we forgot to bring our own. It was about a 14 mile drive to Bathhouse Row, which also has fun shops and nice restaurants. The property manager was only a text away in case we needed anything.

Loved this place!!! A little bit away from the hustle of Hot Springs but not too far (which is just what we were looking for). Had a great meal just up the road at the Red Oak Fillin' Station and did a little grilling at the cabin. Well furnished with all the everyday essentials. We will definitely go back to this property!
