Posto bellissimo ambiente sul lago! Luci del patio e alberi illuminati! Posti a sedere accoglienti sotto il posto auto coperto! Slip per barca con coperchio! Situato appena fuori dal canale principale del lago di Hamilton. Offre viste mozzafiato e un facile accesso al Parco Nazionale di Hot Springs, al centro storico, alla pista di quercia e al casinò. Sei solo 2 miglia da mercato, noleggio barche, ristoranti e negozi! Anche mini golf e tag laser! Calma ampia cala per nuotare e privacy. Se stai cercando di trascorrere del tempo sul lago, rilassarti o goderti il panorama, o esplorare tutto nelle sorgenti calde, questa è la posizione giusta !! Vivo anche sul lago e posso aiutarti con qualsiasi domanda !! 3 camere da letto 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli più Hill-Wheatley Park è una rampa pubblica per il varo della barca !! Se vuoi essere sul lago e vicino al casinò di Oaklawn e all'ippodromo, questo è il tuo posto. Il casolare dista solo 4 miglia da corsa e gioco d'azzardo quercia! Luogo perfetto anche per le vacanze in famiglia. Vedi tutti i fantastici spettacoli di luci nei giardini di Garvan! Si prega di non fumare

great time on the lake

Clean with easy access. We brought the boat up and spent most of the time on the lake, Community boat launch on this side of the lake is a plus. House was well appointed. Terri was very informative and easy to work with.

Amazing lake house!

This property, home and grounds are just as perfect as they are in the listing! This was our second time to stay here and it was just as awesome as the last! Terri was great with communication checking in to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed! This area of the lake is beautiful and quiet nice family atmosphere! We found the beds very comfortable and slept wonderfully. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family along with an awesome grill and outdoor area designed for a good time. Wonderful lakeside property

Our family spent 4 nights at this house. We especially loved all the outdoor seating areas -- just outside the house, on a deck halfway to the water, and right down by the dock. We spent lots of time out on the kayaks, and one of our children braved the early April water to swim and make the most of the floats in the shed! Everything you need is there for a comfortable stay. The owner Terri is attentive and helpful. We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed spending time at Terri’s Cottage. Beautiful place, neatly decorated. Outdoor areas were plentiful and just as the pictures showed. Quiet area where we were able to have some memorable family time. We’ve already started talking about when we could come back!

Beautiful Cottage!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet little cottage! The beds were very comfortable and it’s right on the water with awesome outdoor areas! Due to the location on the water the driveway is a little steep to walk down to the house, which is totally worth it for the stay, but could be a challenge for someone with a problem walking up and down an incline. I definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a sweet place to stay in a quiet neighborhood on the water!

Perfect getaway

Every time we thought we forgot something and would start to stress, we’d open a cabinet and find one that belongs to the lake house. We only had to leave once for dinner stuff. It was relaxing!

Cozy spot right on the lake. Driveway is pretty steep along with walkway to the lake, so be careful with small children. Gorgeous house. Very COMFORTABLE beds!

This Lake Cottage was Beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It was perfect for our family of 5 getaway. The Hostess was very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed making s'mores, and sitting out by the fire pit. We definitely look forward to staying here again. We Highly recommend.

Lovely Cottage on Lake Hamilton

This newly remodeled property is the perfect place to stay and sits right beside a Lake Hamilton cove. The owner has thought of every detail and is a most gracious hostess. The only challenge of the property is parking. There is a narrow, downhill drive with only 2 parking spots, beside the driveway itself - and not much turn around space. Backing is required because the road above features no suitable parking. My son has recently moved to Hot Springs, so I look forward to staying here again when I visit and it is warmer. There is a kayak and fishing pier I can't wait to enjoy..

It was so nice

We loved it!! It was a nice place to unwind from our everyday lives!!! We had a great time there and made so many great memories!!! Great place for our getaway!

This property will always be special to us because we got officially engaged while on this trip! We got engaged at Anthony Chapel and then came back to relax outside and watch movies with our kids. Simple and sweet!

Very Relaxing

Although not on the main channel the cove is plenty wide to stay clean and have water moving about for good dock swimming. House is a little small but cozy, outside furniture is great. Only negative is the steep hills, but the view makes up for it.

Family of 4 Vacation

My husband and our two children (10 & 7) stayed in this adorable home for our 2019 summer vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable and is in a stunning location on the lake and it is very close to all the activities we had planned in Hot Springs. The only issue we had is that there was no wifi available at the home. While my husband (he has AT&T) didn't have any issues connecting to the internet or making/receiving calls and texts with his phone, I could send/receive texts and calls, but I could not connect to the internet at all (I have Verizon). Other than that, everything was great! Thank you, Terri for opening your home and giving my family a wonderful place to stay!

Lovely lake house

We only had a few cleanliness issues and some missing amenities that were easily grabbed from store (like soap, TP) but house was clean and inviting. Plenty of room for 5 and two dogs. Some personal items from either the owner or previous renters were left behind, so we couldn’t use dressers but we made due easily enough. Shore station was roomy and allowed for some fishing, swimming, sunbathing, etc. We cleaned it thoroughly upon leaving as a thank you.
