This gorgeous newly built and newly furnished duplex is a perfect spot for a couple’s romantic getaway or fun for your entire family. This secluded modern home is nestled between beautiful Lake Hamilton and a tranquil stream running along the property. Centrally located in a prime location in Hot Springs, 12 minutes from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming and Historic Downton Hot Springs.

When you walk into this gorgeous open concept home, you will be invited by a large living room, with comfortable, updated furniture, large flat screen smart TV, for streaming your favorite channels and free WIFI. Then the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, 2 bar stools and table, with seating for 4. It has it all, you only need to bring your food. A stack washer/dryer is available for your use as well. The bedrooms are just off the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and on-suite bathroom, with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds, that can sleep 4 comfortably. The 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo is off the hallway. Enjoy a relaxing outside covered deck, that sets alongside the creek, with a charcoal grill, patio seating, and outdoor firepit.

It’s the perfect getaway for whatever your needs are, couples or families. If you’re coming to fish, boat, kayak or just a quiet relaxing getaway we offer the lodging for all those needs. The convenience of our Lakeside Getaway makes boat launching sites just a few miles away. There is ample parking to park your boat trailer as well. Whether you want to spend the day out on the lake or just time relaxing on the large deck, it has it all. Please Note: Lake Hamilton lowers the water levels during November to March. Still accessible just a lower level.

There are security cameras outside, near the front door only as a deterrent. This is only to protect the property.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere INSIDE the property. Feel free to use the outdoor space.

Dogs are welcome. The maximum amount is 2 and it is a one-time $75 pet fee that covers the entire stay.
