“Long Beach Seventeen” is a beautiful, newly built, lakefront home that sleeps 12 and features a game room and kayaks. With space for the whole family, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental features direct water access and 2 covered decks, as well as must-have amenities like Smart TVs, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Your guests will enjoy kayaking the cove or playing in our game room complete with pool table, ping pong, LED color-changing lighting, and a 65” Roku TV.

We offer a 10% Discount for 4+ nights and a 15% Discount for 7+ nights

Great place to choose if you are looking for something right on the lake and a 10 minute or less drive to any restaurants or grocery store. My family enjoyed staying here and would recommend it. The host was very responsive and was willing to help in any way necessary.

Loved our stay!! Clean & great amenities!! Very well stocked kitchen lots of pans, plates & etc. Nice touch having coffee pot with kpods & coffee pot. Supplies provided such as dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, trash bags & etc. Grandkids loved the canoes, we had life jackets but were also provided. The gameroom was an added entertainment for them too. We had a place to tie the boat also. A bit shallow water but of course it’s an inlet. Thanks again we loved our stay!! All TV & remotes worked great too. Beds were also comfortable. Definitely 5 STARS!!

Excellent Home with fun game room!

The home was very clean and the 8 of us had a blast. We spent hours in the game room every night and some of the kids enjoyed the kayaks. I would definitely recommend!

Loved it!

Everything was great with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware, everything was very clean and well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. The kayaks were a plus! We booked this house due to its location. Owner and manager were very accommodating.

Best Game Room

The property was clean and the beds were extra comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out over looking the water with morning coffee. We were close enough to all of the highlights of Hot Springs. We enjoyed being able to play pool and ping pong at the same time for family fun. I appreciated that there were kayaks even though we didn't use them. I highly recommend this property.

SO MUCH FUN!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable, super clean. The game room was a HUGE bonus as it rained on our 2nd day & were unable to get out on the water.
