Welcome to The Weston Cottage in Hot Springs, Arkansas! Make your visit peaceful and relaxing at this house only a couple minutes away from a Neighborhood Walmart, the Bypass, and the Hill Wheatley Park to launch your boat from or swim at the man-made beach! You will find everything you need for your stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bed, 2 bathroom house!
INDOOR LIVING
Walk through the front door into the dining/kitchen area. Beyond the kitchen is a lovely sunroom and also has a futon/sofa bed to sleep on. To the right of the dining area is the living room with a sofa/chaise combo couch, and sitting chair with foot ottoman, and Smart TV along with a dedicated workspace for those needing to work while on vacation! Past the living room is bedroom1 with an en-suite bathroom, and then bedroom2 with a hallway bathroom. Laundry room is located at the back of the house.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Gas grill, deck/patio furniture with chairs and tables for sitting and eating at while enjoying potential deer in the backyard!

Bedroom1: queen bed with an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom2: queen bed
KITCHEN
Fully-equipped kitchen for cooking those meals away from home. Amenities include: gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, Keurig/regular coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, drinkware, and more!
ENTERTAINMENT
Smart TV in the living room, and both bedrooms (guests will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch free movies and shows through some of the free streaming apps on the TV. No basic cable.)

PARKING
Please park in the carport and driveway. Do not park in the grass, and along/in the street.
