Welcome to Polly's Place

Polly's Place is only yards away (across the street) from the lake. Beautiful views can be had by walking and driving throughout the neighborhood. There are partial views from the house, but public access is best had at the various public parks. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained with million dollar homes within a minute's walk.

THE SPACE
Our home offers a charming mid-century aesthetic with plenty of room to relax, featuring high ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace in the main living area.

All three bedrooms are large and have private sitting areas with chairs, closets, and plenty of space for your luggage. The master bedroom is huge and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
We accommodate up to 6 guests in beds, with room for 2 additional guests in the living area.

Please note that the two secondary bedrooms have full-sized beds, which are slightly smaller than a queen (which is in the master bedroom). Our three beds offer a variety of sleeper preferences: one is soft, one is firm, and one has a memory-foam topper.

The living room is large enough to accommodate two additional guests, but please bring your own sleeping gear (such as an air mattress or sleeping bags), as we do not have a futon or sofa sleeper in the living room quite yet.

IMPORTANT: PET POLICY
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and require an additional fee. Please note that there is no longer a fence around the property.

VRBO BOOKING NOTE: VRBO has recently made it difficult to find the pet option during checkout. If you are bringing a pet, please make sure to find and select "Pets" under the guest count section while booking, or message us directly before booking so we can get your pet approved, send the correct contract, and update your quote.

HOUSE RULES
Polly's Place is the perfect getaway for wedding stays, ladies' getaways, anniversaries, and most definitely families.

However, this is not the place for wild parties or unruly behavior. We do not host bachelor or bachelorette parties, graduation parties, or similar events. We are strict about our rules, guidelines, and occupancy rates to ensure a great experience for everyone. Positive previous reviews on your profile are required to book.
