“The location is amazing but the staff made this stay exceptional during an event stay we had booked. Not just the front desk, the bellman was great, every one of the housekeeping staff engaged our party and was so welcoming and even the porter was friendly. Hotel Hot Springs does hospitality right. ”

“Mattress and pillows were hard. Room smelled heavily of bleach which did not dissipate over the 3 days that we were there. Breakfast terrible. Good points was location to quartz mine and price not bad. About 20 minutes to Hot Springs. ”

“Stayed at unit number 4-firefly Ridge. Unit was perfect – only downside is parking for this unit is not level. A very small item for an overall outstanding 2 nite visit. I would definitely come here again next time I'm in the Hot Springs area.”
