This Charming 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house has a Treehouse View! There are beautiful wooded views all around this newly remodeled home. Spread out and Relax in the cozy living area, or step out to the Arkansas Room and enjoy the peaceful nature that surrounds it. There will be plenty of room for meals and games at the large dining table. Take your morning coffee or tea in the Arkansas Room or step out to the deck and listen to the sounds of nature. The kitchen offers a gas range, and is well stocked to make you feel right at home. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a sofa for relaxing or an extra place to nap. The master en-suite has a large jetted tub and a walk-in shower. There are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other offers two full sized bunks, along with a desk area. All the bedrooms have a TV. Close to many of the amenities that the Village offers, this home will be a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

INSIDE THE VILLAGE -

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
