“This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. Each time it has been clean, terrific staff, great breakfast, nice beds etc. This is the best hotel in St.Charles. Also great area to walk to shopping.”

“Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well.
Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels.

“The hotel was in the best location possible for a Naperville stay. We rented a car for our trip and didn’t even need to use it. Everything was right outside our door. So happy we upgraded for the balcony suite because being able to relax on the lounge chairs at night and enjoy the liveliness of downtown Naperville was so great! Will definitely be staying here again.”

“Room was dirty, with stained carpet and hair in the bathroom. Didn't look like the pictures on the site at all. AC was initially not working, though they changed the filter and the room eventually cooled off. The balcony had crumbling concrete and peeling paint. There was also a surprise "resort fee" when we checked out in the morning.”

“I booked this room for location, price on a last minute price/availability needed stay, and after reading reviews that were positive. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what the positive reviews were based on. If it was on the bed alone, I agree, it was a clean place for me to lay my head for 7 hours. But the entire hotel was old, the rooms are in desperate need of repairs and cleaning. The bathroom ceiling was full of black mold. And for a non-smoking hotel, the hallways all reeked of cigarette smoke....

“I've stayed here a few times on work trips to Naperville. Has generally been very good, but this last time was not.
Hotel was just generally dirty - hallways, lobbies, etc. Room was fairly clean. Shower had a constant drip that if the shower door was left open, would splash onto the walls and the floor, leaving a puddle and soaking the wall. Toilet had trouble flushing.
Front desk was helpful to help get us into another room just down the hall, but very awkward and unpleasant about it. New...
