“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part
The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us.
And the people that clean there were very, very nice
I would try another home in that area to B&B”

“Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again.”
