“Everything was very clean and tidy the staff were great friendly and attentive . The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters )
We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when...

“We traveled a long distance, and we're exhausted, 230am the alarm started going off and water was leaking through the smoke alarm.
We had to be relocated to a different room. It wasn’t easy to get any rest after that.
In the morning, we expected at least a discount for our restless night but that wasn't offered. It was a bit upsetting, we didn't bother having the breakfast that came with the room, we just left and never looked back.”

“Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful, but did not like the neighborhood much. Some of the parking is far from the entrance and closer to the street. When we were unloading our belongings from our truck we were cased by some guys who were cruising around the the parking lot and presented like they were marking us to break in after we left the vehicle, as they slowed down and were looking at our car as they passed us and then suspiciously parked behind a nearby...
