“The hostess was very rude, loud and had a language barrier. It's advertised as a hotel Holiday inn and when you get there it's a old house with a couple of bedrooms downstairs, over the two days I stayed there I saw so many people walk in and out because it is not appropriate to stay in, it should be closed down. they don't get a refund, they can't. it's a trap, it is a scam. it should be taken off your website . We paid $518 for two nights we had no TV no microwave the room was disgusting we...

“Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. ”

“Good parking. Mouldy bathroom was disgusting - I didn’t want to stand on the tiles in the shower. no remote for the TV, air conditioner kept turning on and off all night. Very poor cleaning and made me feel uncomfortable staying in that standard. Very limited sleep with disruptive guests.”

A bit confusing trying to collect the key and parking, but we got in after a while.
Bit pricey as only had 1 bathroom, but it was easter weekend, so we had to make it work for us.”

“Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice.
Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. ”
