“Long story short, avoid this place until further notice. The room was extremely dirty, stains and spots on the floor everywhere, ketchup on the table, dust, and stains all over the sink and mirror, hair on the sheets, a piece of metal laying next to the sink. Personnel is not rude but doesn't speak good English, overcharge for taxi, ask personal questions, send a clerk to clean in front of me instead of changing me to a cleaner room right away. The hotel seems relatively new, but super poorly...

“Mattress was too soft and very uncomfortable, pillows are too thick, numerous power outages (a few seconds each, but there were about 20), AC had issues and had to be fixed, wifi stopped working for many hours, there was no hot water in shower. Location is convenient for airport but there are also better options nearby.”

“Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned.
The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room...

“Room had bugs, I was tired so i went to sleep for barely 2 hours in 3 days but i was waking up itchy everyday, When I looked closely there was about 1000 bugs on the bed and behind. When I asked them about what tf this was? they responded “why are you 3 people in the room” I got super mad and showed them i booked for 3 why does it not have an extra bed? Then the lady looked and was like maybe you dropped something sweet. I don’t eat sugar. Neither was my cousin, as we were in the room to sleep...
