āTook too long to check in on Friday night, there should have been more than one person checking in guests on a busy weekend. Staff was lacking throughout our stay. I did not see one housekeeper the entire weekend. Our room was adequate, but there was black mold around the shower, products on the wall were half empty, a dog toy under the bed (which indicates a lack of attention to vacuuming), and most of the USB outlets did not work. We were already unpacked and he didn't seem to care, he said no one was there to fix anything. Moved rooms to take a shower in room number 2 and the bathroom bath mat was dirty, we used a towel cus the bath mat was that dirty, the shower wall had black curly hair stuck to it. 1. TV didnāt work, not a big deal, they came and repaired it.
2 Bed had no top sheet! Slept with nothing, too hot to sleep with a blanket, see nextā¦
3. Air conditioning did not work, it was 10 PM when we returned and realized it was now 78 in the room, stuck it out for the night, they moved us to another room across the hall. They did offer a coupon for a free night for a future stay, I declined, stating I wouldnāt be returning to that hotel!
