“The room was wet. While I understand how humid it is, the carpet was wet, the bedding was damp, and it was very uncomfortable.
The beds do not fit the bed frames correctly and there are metal pieces of the frame hanging out in each side that we kept getting caught on and it hurt.
The side door lock was broken and you could not get in with your card key.
The breakfast was not that great. You didn't really have much of an option. You could have eggs, sausage links, and/or and oversized...

“The hotel was exceptionally average considering what it cost. The room I happened to book was an accessible room (it was one of the only rooms available) that had a big bathroom that had no ventilation fan, and if you used the shower the floor got wet no matter how careful you were. The lack of ventilation and wet bathroom meant there was mold in the caulking along the shower and the whole room was excessively humid. “Was nasty 1st room had mildew order really bad staff moved us to another room that room had poop on the seat and the shower had hair on it the blankets had been tucked and straightened up you can see someone had s3x on it both rooms had no keys. I ended up not staying at this nasty place. Still waiting on my refund of my deposit and refund from the room.. do not recommend this place”

“There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”
