“Front desk check in was super easy, the staff were able to check me into my room much earlier than 3pm which was very helpful. Check out was also very easy. My only suggestion would be for the airport shuttle to have a set schedule instead of on demand so that you can plan for a ride rather than hoping the shuttle will be there when you ask for it. We ended up taking an uber to the airport. Overall really great stay, loved the pool!”

“Location was very good, near the airport and only 7 min by car to the beach.
Breakfast was simple and good and all the staff we encountered was kind.
The room was clean and modern and the cherry on top was the free parking.
A few things we didn’t like: the pool water was misty and they charged us 2 dollar for each peace of luggage we left the reception after the check out (no other hotel in our trip did it).”

“Room was clean but the facilities are old and not updated. Breakfast was good but the area is not great and watch for the prices for the shuttle- they charge $15 per person each way in addition to parking your car for $10 per day, it was cheaper and more convenient for us to drive our car and park it at the port. ”

“Great hotel just don’t get the room overlooking pool noisy and they must leave the music on at night somewhere down stairs we could hear it all night. Plus freeway noisy that side of hotel. Other wise great staff, held the baggage until room ready, food nearby walking distance. Check out a breeze. Free Shuttle from airport and a paid shuttle to cruise ship. Worked great!”
