“I know now where to stay every time I go to Gainesville. If you are looking for warmth and charm, and want something that resonates the south with its pretty gardens, Spanish moss, and trickling fountains, then this is it. I love bed and breakfasts for this very reason— the homely feeling. You can’t get that anywhere else. So glad we booked here. “The staff is exceptionally polite and very helpful. Breakfast was a great selection and very comfortable sitting area. The coffee was great. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Wished the best was firmer but nonetheless it was comfortable. Check Out is simple. We would definitely be staying here again if we have a need. Highly recommend”

“Property was in a great area but very noisy. Lots of noise from street especially if you like to sleep in. Coffee was really bad, I usually love Drury Coffee but had to go out every day to purchase elsewhere. My room was next to the housekeeping room and they were extremely loud talking in the morning and it was definitely not a good fit.”
