Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and you’ll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi! Much better than Radisson where I’ve stayed 2 nights - if you find this hotel, do t skip - you’ll be pleased ”

“The counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager. They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number. They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation. It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive. The other staff were great. ”

“We stayed here for a night on a visit to Bodh Gaya and Gaya and the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was very clean. Food and service were excellent. The hotel is relatively new and is a bit out of the way from the Bodh Gaya attractions area. If you don't mind the short car/auto ride or a half-hour walk to the Mahabodhi temple/ monasteries, I would highly recommend staying here as well as going to the...

“- Just within a 5-minutes walk to Mahabodhi temple, the hotel is located in quiet and pleasant area. Can find many restaurants, cafes and tea stalls nearby. - Hotel staffs are so friendly, helpful and very punctual which we Japanese find quite important. - Rooms are cozy and comfy, especially the cleanliness of bathroom is excellent. Thanks a lot to all the staffs at Seven Inn, see you again in the next visit.”

“Property though looking good the facilities are not serviced properly. No back up power when power went off for half hour. No hot water in morning. Cafeteria start only at 7 am. ”

“Large family room with good AC and furnishing; very clean. Accessible by car - this option is not available for many of the good hotels in Bodh Gaya as only e-rickshaws are permitted to access the vicinity of the Mahabodhi temple. Very courteous and helpful staff in the front desk and restaurant. Good food, cooked to your taste and specifications. Property is located centrally within easy commuting distance of Gaya, Bodh Gaya and Gaya Airport. Ideal place to stay if you have work in Gaya as well...
