“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it.
We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it.
Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”

“Definitely don't recommend. The first room we were assigned had been smoked in -- the front desk guy was super helpful and got us a second room. Great of him, but ick.
We were excited for the pool and hot tub -- but the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was fine but really small.
The rooms were pretty beat up, not super clean, the showers took a really long time to warm up. The breakfast was fine, but super limited.
