“When we first arrived to the room , we noticed tv remotes did not work , went to have to a shower , it did not drain at all . We had a shower baths because there was 3 inches of water in the tub by the time shower was finished . The toilet was also broken , had to wiggle the handle for 5 mins to get the toilet to stop running . “We had booked a suite and the TV in the living room was not working, Front desk staff tried to get it working but couldn't so he called up the service person for the property by the name of Hamza El.Idrissi. This was later in the evening but he was able to switch a couple of things around and get it working. We were impressed by the help, very friendly and could have easily pushed us off until the next day.

“There was no hot water every morning we went to shower, I phoned the front desk and all they said was they would let the someone know. After a 2 night stay we left. Never had a warm shower, room service dropped the tray of food and coffee all over our bags and couch with no offer to clean. We paid $750 for this stay. Brutal and never again! A super 8 would be better!”
