Then not being bale to get through to speak to someone which was taking a long time selecting the automated options without resolution. Eventually sorted when Hotel contacted Expedia which they could have offered when we arrived. ”

“The hotel was tidy, but not really clean. The room seemed dingy and not fresh. The first room we went to, which was on the first floor, the windows didn't lock. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room for this reason and the guy at the front desk seemed surprised that the windows didn't lock. We went to at least 4 other different rooms on the 3rd & 4th floors and it was the same thing. It really wouldn't have mattered very much of a difference on the higher floors, but...

“Outside property is well maintained. The area felt safe. Ample parking. The room however had the bare minimum. Room was non smoking but definitely had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Floors with broken/ loose laminate tiles. Bathroom had a toilet seat that doesn’t quite fit the toilet.”
