“Parking was made more difficult as 2 buses blocked the entrance when we arrived. They were picking up conference attendees, but a number of cars were blocked from the main entrance.
Despite the fact our room was not made up upon our arrival at 5:00pm, the reception staff were quick to get us an alternate room & gave us a voucher for breakfast.
The hall carpets were a bit worn in places , but rooms were huge & clean, the mattress was soft & the towels plush.
All in all, a nice stay.”

“Mae was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. She truly made the difference by ensuring everything went smoothly during our daughter’s graduation celebration, which meant so much to our family. “I was told over the phone that the property was fully accessible and it was NOT. There were stairs from the parking lot to the hotel. (there was a VERY INCONVENIENT ramp.) The toilet was the very lowest I have seen. There was no bar so I could not get off without my husbands help.”
