“Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems.
The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...

“Am breakfast staff just sat there (with their feet up on some fruit boxes)watching people, did not get up to wipe a table when people left. The traffic in and out of front check in parking area was ridiculous, I waited 12 minutes to be able to pull up to load our belongings. I was appreciative of the trolley ride to Mayo since there is so much construction going on and confusion. It was an okay hotel, not sure if I'll stay there again.”

“This place is disgusting, seems to be a month to month living facility more than a Hotel. Honestly will never, suggest this place to anyone with a family.
I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor.
If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you”

“Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics.
Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise.
Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark.
With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics! ”
