“Was a good stay but the breakfast was brutal. ”

“This Ramada was packed full of evacuees from the fires raging in Canada. So, they were short on staff and supplies. Easy to understand. However, the hotel is in dire need of a full-time maintenance team. Our ceiling light had several burned-out bulbs in it. The shower fan looked like it would fall from the ceiling any minute as it was hanging by power cords and was not secured in the ceiling. But we were happy to have any room at this point and the breakfast and breakfast team were...

“Free breakfast was good and had great selection. Front desk staff was friendly. Our breakfast however did take a while to come out on the second morning and was cold by the time we got it. There was a dog howling on the second morning (possibly thin walls).”

“The pool and hot tub were great. The jets in the hot tub weren't working, but the temperature was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were disappointed by the breakfast - would have appreciated some protein like hot eggs, bacon or sausage. The room was nice and everything was clean. Lots of parking available. ”

“Hotel is pretty cool with a lot of history. Our room was huge and very clean. Front desk staff extremely helpful at check in. Years ago I assume they allowed smoking everywhere and you can still smell it in the halls on the 3rd floor. Thankfully you couldn’t detect it in the room. That is the only negative. ”

“Quality of stay was good for the price we paid as most hotels are way over priced. Hotel was a little outdated and there were a few fixtures in the room that were falling off the wall. Room was clean and so was the remainder of the hotel. The worst part of our stay was the beds as they were very hard like we were sleeping on just a box spring and not a mattress. ”
