“Check in staff were rude and didn't honor my VIP meal vouchers like last time. Also overbooked my room and downgraded me to a cheaper room without compensation. 3rd floor hallway was not cleaned and had the same junk/garbage on the floor throughout our day stay. Save your money and stay at another hotel down the road. Will not return.”

“False advertising on Expedia pics. This hotel was dirty, and room dirt on walls and stains on bedskirt. Room had a window at the top of the ceiling you couldn’t reach, and the heater was broken. Towels old and dirty, tub would never have anyone hoping to get clean in it. Mattress hard and old. Pillows worn and no shape left. Horror hotel! ”

“The rooms i stayed in were clean but seemed very used and worn, wall paper scuffs and rips, hole in wall behind bathroom door, you could hear door closing in the hall, and the vibe was off. Also the hot tub was in need of cleaning, it was all foamy. The staff didn't reall6 seem friendly as well, not even a smile. I wont stay here again.”
